Person-Centred Counselling
 

I work as a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) living and working in Eastbourne.  I provide a confidential counselling service to adult individuals and trainee counsellors.

I moved to East Sussex nearly 15 years ago to be near family following the end of my marriage and have two adult children living in the area.

I have an in depth understanding of various issues, including depression, anxiety and the effects of traumatic experiences.  I also have an understanding surrounding neurodivergence and the life challenges that can bring. ​​​

Over the years I have worked in several different areas, including as a voluntary counsellor with the brain injury charity Headway, with the mental health charity Sussex Oakleaf and as a secondary school counsellor.  I have worked in private practice in both Brighton and Worthing and currently work in Eastbourne and the surrounding area.
