I moved to Brighton several years ago and joined the Level One Counselling course at Brighton City College and then went on to complete both Levels Two and Three before studying the Foundation Degree in Person-Centred Counselling at Sussex Downs College in Lewes.
I am now a fully qualified and insured Person-Centred Counsellor and am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) living in Brighton.
I have worked in different areas, including as a voluntary counsellor with Headway, a charity supporting individuals and families who have experienced some form of brain injury. I have also worked as a counsellor with Sussex Oakleaf, a mental health charity, and within a secondary school as a school counsellor. I currently work in private practice and provide a private and confidential counselling service to individuals. I work with a diverse range of people from a wide range of backgrounds.
